Account Deletion Policy

This Account Deletion Policy explains how user accounts are managed and deleted within the Ludo Khelo mobile application (“App”).

1. Automatic Account Deletion

To maintain our database and ensure the privacy of our users, we have an automatic account deletion process.

If an account has been inactive for a continuous period of 30 days, it will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. Inactivity is defined as not logging into the app.

Once an account is deleted, all associated data, including game history, achievements, and any in-game items, will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

2. Manual Account Deletion Request

You can also request the deletion of your account at any time. To do so, please contact us with your request.

You can email us at amritkrsingh321@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your username or any other relevant information to help us identify your account.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.

3. Data We Delete

Upon deletion (either automatic or manual), the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your user profile information (username, avatar, etc.).
  • Game statistics and history.
  • Leaderboard rankings.
  • Any in-app virtual items or currency.

Please note that anonymized, non-personal data used for analytics and app performance monitoring may be retained, but it will not be linked to any specific user.
